No, it is not mandatory to be registered when youbuy (checkout) products from spiceonwheels.se website. As a Guest or without login you can browse, add products to the cart and checkout. Yes, Under ‘My Address’, please add your default billing and do not forget to mention your delivery addresses when placing an order. In case you do not specify the delivery address, your default address will be taken as your delivery address. You may also add additional addresses, which can be useful for sending gifts or receiving an order at your office or parents.

Can we Choose or mention delivery timing?

Kindly mention your delivery timing during the checkout process in the comment field “Order notes (optional)”, so we make our best possible timing to match or we will call and confirm your presence. Since we deliver during specified time, we expect you to mention preferred time within delivery time frame.

Is next day delivery possible?

If the order is placed after 16:00 CET we will deliver the order by next day. If you ordered before 16:00 CET and want us to deliver next day, you should mention in the comment field “Order notes (optional)”

Can I Modify the order after the order placement/Check out?

No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the order has been placed. However, you may contact our customer service number to try and accommodate whatever possible during that time. But still, if the order has been dispatched, then no modifications can be done.

Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

After the Delivery has been shipped address cannot be changed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of time please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

After the order has been placed successful, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification, so we can try to do our possible.

This is a very unlikely to face this situation since unavailable products cannot be ordered or they are not displayed on the website. We make sure your order will be delivered as per your order. If in case of some the product is missing after the delivery, we make sure it reaches you or your money is returned back for the product which is missing.

You cannot cancel an order before the start of Delivery, by contacting our customer support team.

I am an existing customer, I want to place an order list similar to what I ordered last month, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. Kindly login to spiceonwheels.se website and go to the “My Orders/Order History” in “My Account” section at the bottom of the web page.Now , you can see all the list of orders you placed, at the end of each order you will find reorder button, Kindly click on the REORDER button and you will moved to the checkout page, were you can modify the list if you want and complete the order.

If I received and product which has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged etc., how can I get it replaced or return?

We always to a date check before we pack the stuffs to be delivered and always have 100% quality products with periodic qualitycheck, so it is unlikely to have an expired or defective product getting delivered. But, in case if you are not satisfied with any product for any reasons, you can return it to our representative at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

What is the Return Policy?

If you do not want a product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange or equivalent e-voucher on your account. But it is not possible to return fresh products after delivered. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pickup of product.

How do I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return?

It depends on the mode of payment, in case of cash-on- delivery during the delivery, our delivery representative will deduct the return product value and collect the bill amount from the customer, in case of payment through bank account, we will need you back account details to credit back or equivalent e-voucher on your account. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

Are there any taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay cash or swish for your order at the time of delivery of order at your doorstep.

Card on delivery is very simple, it works as you pay in a store or a taxi and you can pay through Credit or Debit card at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. Our delivery person will carry the card swiping / dipping machine if you have chosen the mode of payment as card on delivery.

During the checkout you can find a text box Voucher where you can fill in the voucher code so the discount will be automatically applied and your reduced final bill value can be seen before you make a payment.

During the checkout you have the space to enter the additional information, where you can enter the date and time of delivery you wish to and we make our best to deliver for you. Orders placed before 16:00 CET will be delivered the same day. If there are any delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.

How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?

In our website these items are priced by Gram / kilogram. Actual weight could vary a little due to its nature. Therefore if you have ordered fruits and vegetablesper kg, and we pack it for 1.05 kg of so we try to deliver the best weight what you ordered.

Spiceonwheels.se provides service to Gothenburg city and kommun around Gothenburg. You cannot place order if your postal code is not within our delivery range. Kindly contact customer support for delivery to postal address other than spiceonwheels accepted.

What should be the minimum order value for delivery?

There is no minimum order value.We don’t have any restriction on minimum order value, you can place your order starting from 1Kr and we will deliver it to your delivery address. But delivery charges will apply if you order less than 250 SEK.
