1. General

Bananaleaf AB, conducts online sales of groceries through Spiceonwheels e-commerce store referred as www.spiceonwheels.se.

These general E-commerce terms (the "Purchase Terms") apply when you as a consumer e-shop goods on Spiceonwheels.se. By placing an order on Spiceonwheels.se, you as a customer agree to these Terms of Purchase and Spiceonwheels delivery policy.

Spiceonwheels has the right to update and change the Terms of Purchase at any time without notice to you in advance. The Purchase Terms that apply to your order is the version available on spiceonwheels.se at the time of the order. Because the current Terms of Purchase are published on spiceonwheels.se and we recommend that you always stay up to date on the latest Purchase Terms.

Bananaleaf AB also has the right to update, change, limit and / or delete content or functions on Spiceonwheels.se at any time without notice to you in advance.

2. Ordering, changing and canceling

When you as a customer have completed your order and Spiceonwheels has received your order, an order confirmation will be sent via e-mail. The order confirmation does not mean that an agreement on purchase has been concluded. In this confirmation, you can see what all the products were chosen. You can reach our customer support to change or cancel the order before the order is picked and planned for delivery excluding perishable and fresh products. Spiceonwheels doesn’t allow canceling the perishable and fresh products once order is confirmed.

3. Goods

Spiceonwheels will move the products with less than 1 month expiry date into clearance sale. Also we remove the product before expiry date.
Sometime there may be an error in the process and if you receive the product with less than 1 month expiry or expired, you can contact customer support as soon as possible. We will refund and take return of the expired product.

Replacement of goods

If an item that you ordered is not in the store / warehouse at the time of picking, it will be replaced with an equivalent item. If you do not want a replacement item, it is possible to waive this. You always pay the lowest price of the ordered item and the picked equivalent item.

Reservation for weighted goods and bags

The price of so-called weighted goods, such as fruit and vegetables or meat, is always based on the weight of the item and is determined when the order has been picked and the item has been weighed. In order for you to get an idea of the size of the product and what it will cost when ordering, an average weight is stated which is based on what such a product usually weighs. To take into account a possible price adjustment that may occur if the calculated weight differs from the picked weight. When the item is picked and weighed, the total price will be updated based on the actual weight. The store / warehouse always has the ambition to pick a quantity that corresponds to your order.

4. Fees

When you order goods via e-commerce, there is always a picking fee. In addition to this, a delivery fee is charged to have the goods delivered to the nearest parking area. 5. Payment

Customer payment should be done after the product is packed and before the order delivery. The customer should show payment confirmation to the delivery person before receiving the order.

Spiceonwheels will provide coupons for future orders or schedule the return payment in case of any differences in the delivered goods and the payment.

6. Home delivery

Bananaleaf AB is committed to deliver the order as per delivery policy.

If Bananaleaf AB is unable to perform commitments against you as a result of circumstances that can be considered to be beyond Bananaleaf AB control, this does not constitute a breach of contract. 7. Complaint

Spiceonwheels will not deliver a new item. Also Spiceonwheels will not accept the complaint about fresh vegetables or sweets after the 2nd day of the product being delivered.

8. Right of withdrawal

According to the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005: 59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to food and other groceries. You therefore have no right of withdrawal for purchased goods.

As a customer service, in rare cases, Spiceonwheels can take the return of the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you announced that you regret the purchase, at your own expense return the item to a store or send the item back to the store / warehouse where it was purchased. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the specified time, we will refund the payment we have received from you in respect of the goods covered by the right of withdrawal.
